Tender awarded: ATG to Deliver New Gym Fit-Out for Virgin Active with Quattro Architecture
We’re excited to announce a new Virgin Active redevelopment at the newly refurbished 60 Margaret Street in Sydney’s CBD, owned by Ash Morgan.
The works were awarded to ATG this week following a competitive tender process, and we’re thrilled to be working with the team again, having successfully delivered other Virgin Active gym fit-outs together. As a fitness centre architect with a strong track record in this space, we’re proud to keep building on that partnership.
There’s plenty to look forward to in this gym renovation, including new yoga, reformer Pilates and Grid studios, alongside upgraded cardio, open gym strength training and dedicated wellness spaces – all part of a considered approach to fitness centre fit-out design and sport facility design.
The wellness offering will feature a spa, cold plunge and sauna, while members will also enjoy large, luxurious changerooms, a spacious co-working area, end-of-trip facilities and the VA KUI shake bar. The result is a fully integrated commercial interior design outcome that reflects the next evolution in gym architecture.
We look forward to working with Ash Morgan and ATG to bring this exciting new social wellness club for Virgin Active to life – another example of our ongoing work as commercial architects Sydney trusts for fitness centre renovation Sydney-wide.
