Merrylands RSL Masterplan Design

The masterplan for the club aims to revitalise the existing establishment, bringing it into the 21st century as the old part of the club reaches the end of its serviceable life, whilst realising the potential of the site within The Local Environment Plan. The masterplan project will allow for a mix of uses, including club facilities, residential flat accommodation, retail and common space. The staged overall masterplan allows development to occur in manageable and sustainable phases, to allow for gradual expansion of the club with minimal disruption to the club’s operation.

St Huberts Island House

The brief was established for a new contemporary multi-generational home on the waterfront site on NSW Central Coast after the feasibility of Alterations and Additions was deemed less cost effective and more difficult to achieve. The clients desire for an energy efficient smart home has meant the integration of extensive solar panels and battery storage, contemporary construction techniques with high insulation values, cross ventilation and sunlight control.

A new 4-bedroom luxury coast house in Mona Vale NSW that encapsulates modern coastal living. This functional home boasts a striking roof form, with a contemporary façade and open plan living. The perpetually dramatic, sweeping views of the surrounding coastline captured by the floor to ceiling glazing - emphasize the design’s strong connection to nature and outdoor spaces.

The design aims to cater for a growing family with a balance of communal and private spaces. The existing ground floor footprint was maintained with some minor alterations and an upper floor with Master Suite and 2 new bedrooms plus study and bathroom was added. The architectural language is relaxed yet contemporary, providing an updated exterior as well as new modern fixtures, fittings and finishes internally.

The brief was to provide a contemporary upgrade to an existing family home in Pagewood. The project involved revitalising the building facade and a small upper level extension whilst rectifying various latent building defects

Collaroy

The existing house provided an established base for alterations within the existing footprint. Internal walls were removed to open up the ground floor living areas and provide a new kitchen space that opens to a new covered outdoor deck and BBQ area. A subsequent project has revitalised the family bathrooms and Master Ensuite, transforming them in keeping with the rest of the project.

A transformation of an existing disconnected 2-storey dwelling into 3-story contemporary home for an extended family. Fusing style and function, this contemporary family home boasts panoramic ocean views from all three storeys. The clean lines and modern finishes emulate contemporary Scandinavian design, whilst the clever layout and storage facilities provide functionality for a busy family.
