Hoxton Park Bus Depot Design

Located on a flat, greenfield site adjacent to the M7 Motorway, the site provided an ideal opportunity for the development of a new transport hub. Various concepts were reviewed with the Client and design team to ensure the most efficient layout was achieved, maximising parking and ease of movement throughout the site. The large area of the site also prompted careful consideration of the proposed stormwater design. The site provides administration, offices, workshop, wash bays, refuelling structure, and ample parking (132 cars and 139 buses).
