Provide a New Club Entry and vehicular drop off plaza from Miller Street which reflects the future vision for the club. Consolidate Indoor and Outdoor gaming into new ground level location that also allows for staged expansion of the club. Develop Heritage listed former Baby Health Care Centre and associated landscape into new multifunctional space for club patrons and community use. New coffee lounge servicing club and street side visitors, new restaurant, indoor kids play area and smokers terrace.
