Construction has finished at the United Voice offices, updating their existing fit out. Quattro Architecture provided full design services; including concept design, authority applications, construction documentation and construction documentation.
The brief was primarily to reconfigure and revitalise the offices, to create a clean and manageable workplace for the United Voice staff and their visitors.
The design strikes a balance between open and private offices, with carefully placed privacy screens to ensure the office is appropriately sectioned. With the offices spread over 2 levels, the overall concept for the design was carried throughout for continuity.
As the office is located in a Heritage listed building, the design ensured that minimal impact was imposed on the external walls. Providing bathrooms on both levels and ample storage facilities, the refurbishment allows for a more efficient floor plan overall.
