The construction of 3 homes in Collaroy is now well underway, with Pat Nolan appointed for the building works. Quattro was appointed for a range of services, including concept design, design development, building approvals and construction documentation.
The contemporary homes are set within a large residential block, with each being afforded a private courtyard and outdoor area. A shared driveway leads to private carports for each of the 2-storey homes.
The typical ground floor holds one bedroom with an attached ensuite bathroom, and an additional bathroom or guest W/C. Each home has a contemporary kitchen and open plan living area, with a laundry leading out to the external drying area.
The upper floors boast city views, and hold an additional spacious 3 bedrooms with a mix of ensuites and shared bathrooms. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, with walk-ins to the master suites.
