The scheme for this modern home was developed by Quattro Architecture, in close conjunction with the Client, Planning Consultant and the City of Sydney Council.

The Client required a design that would allow his young family to grow, with the knock-down-rebuild providing an additional upper level. This was required to stay within the permissable roof line, maximising the use of the level 1 plan with storage and study spaces.

The home sits comfortably within the existing streetscape and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 W/C and a mastersuite (including walk in robe and ensuite).

The open-plan living and dining spaces open onto the outdoor entertaining area and pool, which is to be refurbished as part of the works.

The double garage, butlers pantry, hide-away study and ample storage emphasise the practicality for the young family, whilst sky lights throughout flood the home with natural light.
