PENRITH CHILDCARE DA LODGED

The Development Application for the new development of a Childcare centre in Penrith has now been lodged.

The site is located adjacent to warehouses on a site bounded by high concrete walls. The day care centre was designed to be inward looking around a central north facing courtyard suspended above ground level. This allows for a fun secure outside space accessible to all rooms.

The centre will be a new 3-storey building, with the ground floor providing a reception area and parking for parents and staff.

The remaining 2 floors provide:

– Store and cleaners rooms – Bath & Change rooms – Kitchen for food preparation – Outdoor play areas on both levels – 20 4-5 year places – 20 3-4 year places – 20 2-3 year places – 16 1-2 year places – 16 0-1 year places
