Quattro was engaged to develop a Master plan for Merrylands RSL, a design which aims to revitalise the club and bring into the 21st century.

The design establishes an expanded Club, including basement carparking, expanded gaming, a new administration area and entrance, and additional residential towers.

As the old part of club reaching end of serviceable life, restoration works and refurbishments will be carried out across the site. The Local Environmental Plan (LEP) proposes extra development potential across the site: an increase in building height from 20m to approximately 65m in areas.

This Master Plan will allow development along manageable and sustainable stages supported by cash flow, with the works being broken down into 13 stages to ensure uninterrupted trading throughout.

The Heritage listed former Baby Health Care Centre and associated landscape will also be developed into an ANZAC memorial and multi-functional gallery space for use by both the general and club community.

Additional facilities will also be included on site, including a new World Class Flexible Auditorium, additional restaurants, cafe spaces and function rooms.
