Quattro Architecture was engaged by a private Client to maximise the potential of an awkward infill plot of land in an otherwise excellent location in Manly, a stone's throw from Queenscliff beach.
The small, constrained site meant that design needed to be clever, utilising modern technology to make the most of the compact site. With compact units and an efficient use of space, the site's footprint is maximised.
Utilising innovative technology, a car turntable allows up to 3 vehicles access to the ground floor carpark. Accommodating multiple cars on such a small site it fundamental to allowing residential development of this scope.
As a result of extensive design development, liaising with loval Town Planners and discussions with Council, the Development Application has recently been approved for this high end residential development with garage parking and storage.
