HUME STREET

As part of a Design and Construct tender, Quattro designed a 3-storey office complex in Wodonga, Victoria. 

The design southt o maximise the use of the block size and available floor space, whilst allowing flexibility within the design. 

The open plan design allows for flexibility in tenancies and is fully accessible throughout the complex. The scheme provides a roof terrace, allowing a fresh outdoor space, accompanied by balconies wrapping around Level 1. The building steps back with each level to allow natural daylight to permeate each floor plate. 

A central amenities core including lift and stair access grouped with bathrooms and kitchenettes ensures that all services are located in the same space, not interferring with floor plate arrangements. This ensures maximum flexibility for tenants.
