Hay Street is a 6 storey, 5000m2 commercial office building located on the corner of Hay Street and Havelock Street in West Perth.

The building is designed to generally comply with the requirements of the PCA A-grade property grading matrix, as well as targeting a 4-star Green Star rating under the office design V3 rating tool. The building is also aiming for a 4.5-star NABERS Energy (Base Building) rating.
