Quattro was engaged to conceptualise a range of development opportunities whilst meeting the intent of relevant local and state planning instruments – in the process creating an innovative residential mixed use development.

This development comprises a 7 storey mixed use residential flat building, containing 97units, ground level commercial space and communal gardens.

Quattro was responsible for developing feasibility studies, brief development, market research, concept design thought to DA document preparation.


This work included: all architectural design; concept design resolution (including unit plan layouts, site coordination, elevations, landscape concepts and building material selection); meetings with Council and SEPP 65 design review panel; ensuring compliance with BCA, Australian Standards, SEPP65 requirements, Development Controls applicable to the site; and coordination of all external consultants (including Access consultants, structural, mechanical, electrical engineers, BCA consultants etc).
