The proposed site is a 18,500m2 southern-facing portion of the existing golf course, within the surrounds of bushland and existing residential dwellings.

The proposal consists of a terrace style, 2-storey development serviced from the south west corner of the site off Cabbage Tree Road. The site contours run east/west, so a series of platforms have been created to establish building forms with northerly aspect stepping down the site.

This arrangement provides a means of traffic and pedestrian access and excellent opportunity for best practice environmental design.


Unit dwellings are oriented serviced from the south and all living areas located to the north, looking onto a private landscape northern courtyard space. Each terrace would have its own clearly defined entry, secure parking, private open space on ground and level 1.


The current design is suitable for young family or retirees, consisting of: 3 bedrooms, study, living, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, WC/ laundry, double garage, level 1 deck area and private northern open courtyard.
